Florencia was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She moved to Croatia in 2020, bringing with her 10 years of experience in marketing and sales from startups in Argentina. In Split, she worked as a marketing and brand manager in the hospitality industry for 3 years before joining NatureSafe Marine. There, she has been instrumental in introducing foreign brands to the Croatian market and crafting go-to-market strategies. Over the last year, she has been developing the brand strategy for NatureSafe Marine, overseeing and coordinating all marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with the team.
