Giverny Jade began her career in the yachting industry in 2011 and fulfilled various roles including Stew, Cook, Deck and Chief Stewardess on board busy charter yachts.
After spending 12 years as Crew, including 11 years with the same Owner, her long tenure showcases her loyalty to her employers and dedication to the industry.
In 2022, she and her husband, Tristan (Master 3000), established Mortlock Yachts with the goal of using their expertise to enhance communications and ensure the most successful charter experience for both Guests and Crew.
Throughout her career, Giverny has developed a deep respect for the dedication and challenges faced within the yachting industry while working closely with crew and other yachting professionals. She has learned the value of nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with crew, clients, and industry experts.
Giverny believes that teamwork is crucial for delivering the top tier service required in challenging situations. Adaptation and innovation have been key to her success. A notable highlight of her career was securing a hat-trick of awards at the MYBA Charter Show 2018 and reaching the finals of the A-CREW Awards with her team.
