Ilianna Lincoln

Ilianna was born and raised in Corfu, Greece.
She started her career in yachting in 2011, working for a leading yacht agency in Greece. She found her introduction to yachting absolutely fascinating and wanted to learn as much about the industry as possible. She decided that the best way to deepen her knowledge would be to join a vessel as crew, her goal was to spend one year on a motor yacht and one year on a sailing yacht. The aim was always to take her experiences on the yachts and apply them to a land-based position. The sailing yacht led her to Palma, where she immediately felt at home and decided to settle. Since joining BWA Yachting, her priority has always been to see the company grow and flourish on the island of Mallorca. This dream has become reality and Ilianna is very proud to be part of the BWA Yachting Spain’s constantly growing family
