Khara started in the yachting industry in 2007 at 21 years old. Khara worked on 4 boats throughout her yachting career, working her way up from the Laundry Stewardess, Chief Stewardess, and Purser role, going on to oversee 2 yachts and cover as PA to the owner.
Khara is also the Managing Director of Shore Side Pursers – our sister company.
Her passion for the industry is strong. Her company ethos is – care, honesty, and kindness for both the client and the candidates.
