Les has 30 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in global communications technology companies operating in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He is both strategist and doer, with a passion for enabling customers and companies to build new capabilities utilising cutting edge technologies.

Les holds graduate degrees (BSc. Engineering and Diploma in Strategic Marketing) from Trinity College Dublin and the CIM and is a qualified Firewalk Instructor.
