Our CEO has a graduation at Bocconi University in Milan in Economics. After that she worked for 7 years in Fashion for a Company of the Gucci Group as Studio Manager, Managing 4 different departments composed by 20 designers each department. She had work between Milan, London, Paris, NY organizing the Ateliers, Fashion Shows, Pre and Sale Campains. With this background, she built a big backgound in managing projects with high expections for the product to be delivered, fast response, flexibility, dynamics, multitasking, people management of different nationalities. After that, Maria Luisa entered the Family Company in Naples in 2010, specialized in mechanics and engines for commercial ships, refit of power plants turbines and superyacht technical assistance, Since she joined the Company, and thanks to her skills, she gave a new life to the yachting division, structuring the activity ith skilled technicians and project managers able to manage high demanding and structured technical projects, with great success.
