Mayte Bruguera has 15 years of experience in the maritime industry in recruitment and training of crew for all yacht departments. Mayte has a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and has been dedicated to that area all her professional life. Developing training courses and recruiting from captains to stewardesses, she speaks Spanish, English, Italian & French. After her time at University, she was also working for yachts as a stewardess in Miami and in the Caribbean.
