Natalie Ellis initially studied Business and Finance and graduated from the University of Central Lancashire. As Natalie was working in the Social Housing field she naturally proceeded to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies and completed her dissertation on the causes and effects of Young, Single & Homeless. This was particularly pertinent as Natalie was also a Part-Time Youth & Community Worker. In 2010 Natalie took a career break from her position as Head of Housing & Regeneration with a large Social Housing provider in the North West of England to enable her partner to take up a new position in Malta.
Upon moving to Malta Natalie initially entered the marine industry as a Day Worker on Super Yachts based in Grand Harbour Marina before joining a local marine company as Project Manager on a large superyacht refit. In October 2017 Natalie joined MMPS as Administrative Manager and continues to lead the team to provide a high quality payroll and employment service to the Superyacht industry.
