I’m Paola, I come from Sicily, the biggest island of Europe with an active Vulcano, awesome landscapes and delicious food.

I’m 29 years old and when I was 20 I started to work on board. Initially as stewardess but I immediately moved to chef position. My father is a chef, we have a longevity family restaurant. When I was a child I entered in the kitchen with my eyes closed and I tried to guess what he was cooking. This is when my passion for cooking started, it was always for fun… and like all funny things, it became the best things.
