Rebecca has worked in hospitality for well over 14yrs, and in that time, has completed 7yrs as a Design and Delivery Specialist for TRiM telecom NZ before entering in the Yachting Industry. While with Telecom NZ she Designed and Delivered training content for the call centres in both NZ and Manila.
She then moved to yachting and has spent 7yrs in the industry working her way up to Chief Stew. Becs has won the Genoa Boat Show table decoration and service award in both 2014 and 2016.
With Rebecca’s previous training knowledge and the experience combined with the knowledge from yachts, she makes a lovely addition to the training team here at The Crew Academy.
