Simon has worked within the shipping and yacht management industry for over 25 years, which has included the full set-up of two large crew management companies in Jersey, in 2008 and 2012 respectively.
Simon is a qualified QMS Lead Auditor/Assessor, ISM Auditor and holds Diploma’s in both Crew Management and Superyacht Management.
Simon joined the Group in 2010 as Head of Crew Solutions to manage its crew employment and payroll services, which has since developed into an industry market leader. Today, as Managing Director, Simon oversees and drives our Group operations in the Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Jersey, and Malta.
