Sondre Henningsgård holds a M.Sc. degree in Naval Architecture, specializing in Marine Operations and Marine System Design and Logistics, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
He is a consultant DNV GL Maritime Advisory, Machinery and Systems, where his main focus is energy efficient machinery systems.
Sondre has worked worldwide with topics such as concept design, market studies, technical due diligence and project management within the maritime/shipping and shipbuilding industry, Safe Return to Port, and also as a technical advisor for the Norwegian NOx fund. In addition, he is involved in condition and pre-purchase surveys.
Project experience involves ship power generation studies, several concept developments, technical due diligence on newbuilds, innovation projects, Safe Return to Port and project coordination for the integration projects of Maritime Class DNV GL.
