Wika is the Head of Operations at ACREW, leading the marketing, design & content and event teams in our sunny Palma de Mallorca office. Wika also oversees the company’s HR responsibilities while ensuring a healthy and friendly company culture for their employees.
Wika has a BBA degree after studying at Stenden University in the Netherlands. After growing up in Poland and Germany, living in Qatar and South Africa, she moved to the Netherlands where she joined ACREW at the end of her studies. In her free time, Wika loves to spend time with her small family while going for walks by the beach or strolling through the city.
