My name is Dean Harrison who grew up on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Always having a passion for food starting from a young age, eagerly wanting to cook for my family any chance I had and growing my own produce in the back yard. I was lucky enough to travel and experience different cultures throughout my life which opened the door to gaining knowledge in many different cuisines. I love working on the “smaller” sized super yachts as it tends to be more personal with guests. I also think you get a better working environment with a good mix of work and play.
