First of all, thanks for the nomination guys!
I am a people person, like to make friends and could say that on my career onboard I was very lucky. Started working on 100m+ yachts, 3 of the biggest in the world, and enjoyed every moment of learning, traveling, working and celebrating the life with the friends I made.
I followed my goals, made my way studying, being attentive to Chief Officer’s and Captain’s advice, when possible implementing my way to lead and motivate my team.
I would say that the last four years were amazing, worked with great people, for awesome bosses, got married with a very special woman and started enjoying my life even more.
That is who I am, simple, happy and always keen to help my crew and greenies.
