First of all – it is an honor to be nominated, thanks to everyone who believed in me and supported me on the way.
I started my career back in 2017 resigning from General Manager position in a large restaurant and starting a new chapter of my life on 100m+ yacht as a Service Stewardess.
I am lucky to say that I was always surrounded by dedicated professionals, willing to teach, listen and give a valuable advice.
After 5 year on the largest yachts in the industry, growing up to Head of Department role with a team of 8 amazing ladies, that I was grateful to lead, I am happy to work now on a smaller yacht as Chief Stewardess.
I am excited to train, motivate and empower my team, watch my girls growing and becoming great leaders themselves.
I would love to see the industry more inclusive and open. I believe we are on the way.
