Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, Courtney always had a passion for the open seas. Spending all of her summers at the beach or boating with her uncle on the Atlantic. At the age of 14 Courtney entered the hospitality industry and never stopped. From service to master mixologist to owning her own restaurant Fine Palate with her partner Vince. Courtney has honed her skills delighting guests with her bubbly personality and crafted cocktails.
After selling the restaurant prior to the pandemic and moving to the USVI Courtney oversaw the craft cocktail and main bar of a high end boutique resort, meeting many people in the yachting industry. In 2021 Courtney entered yachting and since then most of her experience has ranged from 100ft to 145ft yachts.
Courtney enjoys dazzling guests and creating great memories while designing fantastic theme evenings and making sure all her guests are relaxed and enjoying one of her delicious craft cocktails!
