I have been a professional chef since 2007 serving as a leading chef in the Royal Navy for 13 years having a diverse career from serving in operational environments on war ships at sea to being a chef lecturer, a personal chef for the admiral to representing the UK armed forces at the IKA Culinary Olympics. After becoming a finalist on MasterChef the professionals in 2019 I opened my own fine dining restaurant. I have now been a yacht head chef for 2 years and I love it. It appeals to my sense of adventure and relishes the dynamic working environment.
