As a French chef from Brittany, I’ve had the pleasure of calling Kanchanaburi, Thailand my home for the past 16 years. With a career spanning over 25 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the yachting industry for the past 11 years, which has been an extraordinary experience. Prior to this, I spent many years honing my skills in the small Luxury cruise line and fine dining restaurant scene in Paris.
My extensive travels, combined with my experience in different settings, have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of various cuisines, including Modern Fusion, Asian and European.
