My name is Mira Apollonova-Weiss. I’m 48 years old and have 8 years of experience in the yachting industry. I had only four contracts which is not much, but all of them long term. I’m very oriented towards guests and this is my best education! Also I have 10 years of professional culinary experience in restaurants and cooking for private families, before yachting. I attended international culinary school SCAFA IN Dubai and gained a lot of knowledge and experience by working in restaurants and catering.
I like to learn and I never stop culinary training. I also learned cuisine from my travels around the world. My favorite style of cooking is Nikkey style and Japanese cuisine. I love healthy and delicious food. I’m also interested in Nutritionology which makes happy and healthy feelings for my clients!
