Cathy grew up on the Isle of Wight, England, surrounded by water, which inevitably led her to pursue a unique path in yachting.
After completing higher education and securing a diploma in maxilla dental nursing, her love for travel drew her back to the ocean, where she entered the yachting industry. She is particularly passionate about exceptional food, outstanding service, and continuous learning from everyone around her. Cathy thrives in the dynamic environment of busy charter boats, enthusiastically participating in theme nights to delight her guests, whether it’s showcasing her questionable dance moves or singing karaoke.
Beginning her career as a spa therapist, Cathy demonstrated a strong commitment to personalized service, consistently exceeding expectations. Her leadership abilities quickly became evident, leading her to advance to the role of Chief Stewardess within two years.
When not on charter, Cathy enjoys maintaining and enhancing crew morale, organizing outings, and facilitating team-building exercises to foster positivity across all departments.
