Serena is from the beautiful county of Yorkshire, England with a northern accent that gets thicker every time she returns from leave.
Serena began her yachting career 6 years ago in Palma, Mallorca. After her first yachting job she realised that this industry has so much more to offer than making good money, travelling the world and meeting forever friends. As rewarding as it is to find yourself in the most remote places of the Caribbean, cruise the Amalfi coast and buy yourself your first designer bag, the most rewarding part of yachting for Serena, is seeing how much she has matured as a person since the beginning of her yachting career.
She feels extremely lucky to have worked with the most incredibly supportive and knowledgeable chief stewardess throughout her 6 years, all of which have made her the stewardess she is today.
Having also spent time as a chief stewardess herself, Serena has been able to comfortably adapt to the load of responsibility and was grateful for the opportunity to be able to pass on her knowledge to her own interior team.
Serena believes as long as she can continue to make guests, crew and others happy, she herself is also happy.
