Belgium born and bred, after a restaurant and cruise ship background I joined yachting in 2006. I have a passion for the culinary arts and I enjoy sharing my passion with owners and guests through my dishes and presentations. I believe that a strong team is the key to any successful trip and I believe that the crew menus are as important as the owners and guests. All departments need to help each other and I find that the best way to thank the crew for their efforts are through the meals and ‘special treats’ the galley provide. Contrary to popular belief, we don’t ask the suppliers to turn up with provisions at meal times…it annoys us too!
