I declare myself as a huge lover of fusion and mix of ingredients, I like to create experiences that take my guest to an other dimension creating plates that stimulate all their senses and make them travel with me and the flavors!

I get into yacht industry after been private chef in the magical island of Ibiza where all my guests use to have a charter boat waiting for them close to the villa.

That was the reason that move me from land to yachting 3 years ago! And guess what…. I don’t regret!
