Chloe Maloney

Born in the North of England only having known the South of Spain as my home; transferring from Spanish school to an international school, I developed a true appreciation for diverse people, places, and cultures. I went on to study Hospitality and Hotel Management at University, graduating in 2015. After working in numerous hotels dotted around the globe, I was looking to further my career, travel, and adventure in a different way, leading me to yachting. Here I discovered that my appreciation for diversity was a constant evolving experience, simultaneously developing my career, I finally found my niche. As a young junior Stewardess, I had the privilege of working with some fantastic Chief Stews who molded me into the Chief Stew I am today. After 7 years in the industry and 3 as a Chief Stew I can honestly say I adore my job. My main priority is the crew, they become your family, and when you have a happy crew, you have happy guests.

I get a buzz from exceeding the guests’ expectations, creating lasting memories and seeing my other crew members grow and flourish. We are so lucky that our jobs allow us to experience some incredible things, see amazing sights and meet friends for life. I am so very grateful for this nomination. Thank You!
