I have been a yacht chef for almost 4 years on Charter and Private Yachts from 47m to 125m. As sole chef, head chef and second chef. Before that I was a hotel and restaurant consultant, I have a teaching degree (Culinary Arts) and have over 20 years experience on land. Plus cooking for the British Royal Family. I won the Yacht Chef competition Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2019.
I have worked in some amazing places all over the world with many different people from diverse backgrounds. I’m very organized, clean and calm. I’m very good a creating fantastic food and managing a galley, from crew food to guest food. I know how to provision and budget. I pride myself in food presentation, pastry, and baking.
I trained in Michelin starred and Rosette restaurants with their Head Chefs and staff to capture the most current food trends, then taught these techniques to students at London’s Career College of Food, Enterprise & Hospitality. Chef lecturer for 7 years.
