For me this award is hard as I think there needs to be some sort of proof that your work is up to the standard of the judging criteria.

Although a lot of you that will vote for me haven’t tasted my food.
I do my best to show day to day how I handle myself as a yacht chef with all these categories in mind all on social media.
I am always filming behind the scenes creative cooking, recipes, provisioning and showing you the final product in which I stand and by 100%. I cook for both crew and guests to the same standard as I believe both deserve it as much as each other.
