I began my career more than 20 years ago back in my hometown Prešov, Slovakia. After short time, to advance my skills and to smell bit of different cuisines I made a decision to move to the UK and never looked back since, really. About 8 years into my new cooking adventure, I discovered the yachting industry and got hooked instantly. Travelling the world for the past 12 years extremely helped me on my mission to create food worth sharing that modernizes the craft, traditions and taste of cuisines close to my heart. From my start in sunny Marbella through number of Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons, setting up new kitchens in Italy and U.A.E., absorbing culture of Mexico, Persian Gulf and tropical Seychelles. I worked both as a sole and head chef on 30 – 95m vessels and was lucky enough to share the galley with some incredible chefs who helped me to shape my personal style.  I am just as happy preparing fresh lobster on the sundeck as I am whipping up a technically more challenging dish. Driven by my desire and ambition to be the best in the business, I have no boundaries when it comes to culinary exploration.
