January 2017 I moved to Palma de Mallorca to begin my new chapter, on Yachts. I love my life at sea, in the galley. Using my past working knowledge, whilst eagerly learning and developing new skills. Providing meals that make people happy; not just meals but a time where a team come together, socially. Providing positive experiences, welcoming environments and lasting impressions for people is my true passion.
