Fran was born in Cartagena, a coastal city located on the South East of Spain. His life at sea began twenty years ago, when he discovered his passion and he started sailing taking part in national and international regattas.
Since then, he has never stopped improving his nautical skills, practicing different water sports, like windsurfing, surfing, wakeboarding, kite surfing, jet skiing, flyboarding, SUP, fishing and diving.
At the age of 16, he started to be watersport´s instructor, becoming manager in a watersports and fitness center, for his results and responsable behaviour. Meanwhile, he went on studying to get the best academic training to be a good maritime profesional and he has the Higher Technician in Sea Transport and Deep Sea Fishing licence.
He has experience in the yachting industry for 3 seasons. He is very kind, sociable, likes to work in a team, hardworker and perfectionist. He loves nature, the enviroment, and this is why he spends his freetime either in the mountain or the sea. Always thinking about what activities to do and places where to go, depending on the guests preferences, and will be looking for the details to make an unforgetable time.
