Issy grew up in the Bayside suburb of Sandringham in Melbourne, Australia and spent her weekends around the water.
She participated in sailing regattas, competing internationally in Hungary and Poland and was also a keen basketball and tennis player.
After finishing school, Issy obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and went on to work as an auditor for Ernst & Young.
Her love of travel and yachting lured her back to the sea where she has now been able to combine both passions as Purser on S/Y Eos.
As Purser, she is responsible for the financial management and administration of the vessel, ensuring things run smoothly in this fast paced environment. Issy consistently maintains strong working relationships with the Captain and Head of Departments.
She loves leading a strong interior team, and brings a confident management style and high level of professionalism to her position whilst always trying to maintain a fun, exciting and collaborative working environment.
