I am from a surfing town along the east coast of South Africa called East London.
I grew up big into Rugby and Waterpolo. Naturally growing up along the coast surfing, fishing and watersports were a constant. I got into Scuba Diving at a young age and travelled around Asia for over a year teaching scuba diving in both Thailand and Malaysia followed by a short stint in Zanzibar before heading home. I always had the goal of using his diving background to get into the super yachting industry and look forward to making a long term career out of it. I have completed my Yacht-Master and edh and I am working my way towards my Officer of the Watch ticket in the upcoming years. I have a serious passion for travelling and diving and when I find myself off the boat I enjoy ticking countries off my bucket list.
I am a responsible, trustworthy and energetic individual with an excellent eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Having worked on a vessel with 28 crew and one with 10 crew and many dive shops over four years, alongside people of various cultures, ages and backgrounds, I have grown into a confident team player. My strongest attributes are being reliable, methodical and organized which makes me well suited for the yachting industry. I enjoy working hard and tackling new challenges and pride myself on consistency.
