Lee joined his first yacht a month ago late one stormy night. He has been impressing department heads, crew and guests ever since. He joined as a crew chef who keeps the crew happy with delicious meals and a jovial personality, but he also uses his initiative and assists the Head Chef on charter with everything from the most menial to assisting with guest meals and plating up. On deck with a Yacht Master Offshore in hand, he assists the Chief Mate during mooring operations when the deck department are a man or two short due to night watches or tender runs. Lee brings a cheerfulness and willingness to learn with him. As one of the HOD’s onboard I think that one of his best attributes is due to his military background, his ability to listen and follow instructions without debate, just a sense of urgency, skills that were appreciated when he worked at Number Ten.
