Born and raised in the Australian outback town of Alice Springs- some 1500kms from the nearest beach, I’m probably the most Australian person you’ll ever meet. I am a warm, bubbly, and highly approachable person with a love of travel, nature, diving, skiing and all types of adventures. Yachting was suggested to me by my old boss. He said, “you should go work on a superyacht”. Having no idea about the industry, I literally googled “how to work on a superyacht,” and the rest is history. The start of my yachting career wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. I got told by a crew agent that I wouldn’t get hired as a female deckhand and to work as a stewardess instead. But here I am, almost five years and four boats later. Female deckhand/divemaster, lead deckhand/dive instructor and bosun.
