I am originally from Mexico city although I been living Barcelona for 20 years.
In 2008 I entered in the yacht industry to work as a chef for first time.
This opportunity came to my life when I was working at a restaurant with an open kitchen in Barcelona, a captain approached to me and ask for a chef to hire for a charter.
