Having been raised on a sailing yacht during my family’s circumnavigation and growing up in a yachting/ chartering environment, I find myself incredibly passionate about cooking and life at sea. After completing a 3 year culinary diploma program , I spent 4 years working at 5 star resorts in Fiji, resulting in an eye for detail and the capability to deliver a high standard of service before starting ,my career on superyachts. I have been traveling and provisioning in remote and off -the- beaten track destinations and I am a hands on, make do person.
