Having been raised on a sailing yacht during my family’s circumnavigation and growing up in a yachting/chartering environment, I find myself incredibly passionate about cooking & life at sea. After completing a 3 year culinary diploma program, I spent 4 years working at 5 star resorts in Fiji, resulting in an eye for detail and the capability to deliver a high standard of service before starting my career on super yachts. I have been travelling and provisioning in remote and off-the –beaten track destinations and am a hands on, make do person.
