Nick was born in Estonia and after finishing his studies he went on to culinary arts school. He is currently married and is the proud father of a little girl.
After coming back from national service in the navy, he moved to London to pursue his career in Cookery. He has followed his dream to many places, such as Cyprus, Norway and more recently to Mallorca, Spain. He is a passionate chef with excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. He is also a member of the Mediterranean Association of Chefs where he has competed and been awarded top chef in the Balearic Islands.
Nick is here to help the head chef with cooking for the guests and the crew. He is a very hard worker and aims to please, so he is very much looking forward to your stay on board M/Y ROMA!
