Starting her career at the age of 17 in Whitsunday Islands, Australia, Patricia Caswell’s first role as a Captain was on an ex-Americas Cup Yacht called Southern Cross. She further explored her passion through sailing and scuba diving vessels in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. During this time, Patricia was also involved in chartering and converting racing yachts into charter vessels.
After moving to Europe in 2004, she began as Chief Officer onboard various Superyachts, kick starting her career in cruising that has since taken her around the world. In 2009, Patricia received the Master 3000t License and continued cruising aboard high profile and award-winning charter vessels.
Patricia took up the role of Yacht Captain and Consultant for a confidential family in 2015, managing operations across the yacht and land.
In December 2020, Patricia joined Gulf Craft as a QC Manager, and was at the helm during the Majesty 175’s first sea trial – the world’s largest composite production Superyacht manufactured in the UAE.
