I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years and worked on a variety of vessels from 25 to 50 meters. I always knew I wanted to be a captain and hence worked as hard as I could getting my license in 5 years. I push for the highest safety level in yachting and left positions if this was unachievable through reasons out of my control. Being a large equal opportunity employer I have always employed t crew members from all walks of life. I have assisted many in breaking boundaries in their field, especially when not generally excepted. I lead by example and push everyone to be the best I can. I have had crew work with me on multiple vessels over many years and on the other end worked with crew pushing them onto bigger and better things if the opportunist come up.
