Captain Yegor was born in Sevastopol on the coast of Black Sea. With a Marine Officer as his father, he spent his childhood years on a family boat traveling the
seas and dreaming of becoming a captain. After graduating with honors Sevastopol Black Sea Navy Academy he started his career as a navigation officer in the Black and Mediterranean seas. After 5 years of dedicated service he became Chief Officer on a Coast Guard ship with Lieutenant rank and received medals for courage. He started his yachting career in 2009, working as captain on various vessels in the Mediterranean. In 2011 Yegor became a member of a team of authorized owners’ representatives for the construction project of the motor yacht Soy Amor and now he is looking forward to his 6th season on the vessel. Yegor currently holds Master Mariner license. He enjoys playing guitar, sports,traveling and Mediterranian cuisine.
