Central to its operations are two fully insulated paint sheds made of sustainable alpine wood, creating a controlled environment essential for efficient yacht repainting. Equipped with integrated dust and solvent extraction systems, these sheds are heated by an ultra-efficient geothermal system powered by renewable energy, promoting eco-friendly practices and significant cost savings for clients.
Strategically positioned within a thriving yacht-building hub, the shipyard offers access to top-tier contractors. The hardstanding can accommodate 8 large yachts, ensuring safety with discreet manhole lids and a comprehensive network of vital service connections.
Clients are welcomed into a stunning palm lined 100-metre dock, featuring 12 exclusive berths certified by MaRINA Excellence.
