Chef Ross Hutchison first discovered Mallorca in early 2011, captivated by the island’s charm and its potential as a premier destination for world-class food. Starting his journey as a private chef, Ross successfully and passionately operated a luxury catering/event company called “Private Chef Mallorca” from 2012 to the present day. During this time, he also showcased his expertise as the head chef aboard a 100-meter M/Y for an impressive five years.

In 2019, Ross realized his vision by establishing “The Kitchen Space Palma,” a professional kitchen atelier dedicated to producing exceptional experiences for private events, intimate chef’s table dinners, and a hands-on culinary academy, with a special focus on yacht chef training. Located near the vibrant port of Palma within the Santa Catalina foodie scene, this culinary hub serves as the epicenter for Ross and his team to collaborate seamlessly.
