Familiarisation Trips
ACREW also organises Familiarisation Trips for Captains, Chief Stewardesses, Pursers and Charter Brokers. Personality Assessments
Captains and Crew can also benefit from our DP3 Assessment, an insightful personality profile. This comprehensive tool helps you discover your competencies and strengths. The assessment will highlight your key personality behaviour traits, as well as how those change when you are at work. Moreover, it will point out your key strengths, motivators, demotivators, and leadership and decision-making style. It will determine your level of emotional intelligence, stress and energy, as well as your personal learning style. This will be depicted thoroughly in a 14-page report. This tool also allows you to create a detailed team report, highlighting the best practices and approach to working with individuals in order to reach everyone’s full potential.
