Sauvignon Blanc is a widely known grape variety around the world. It is often associated with fresh, zingy style, which can suit for any occasion.
It can be found in almost every wine growing continent and country. They would all have similarities but could also greatly differ from each other by carrying a unique style from the terroir. They are often sold as a single variety but blends are coming from some historical regions as well and are of both: a dry and a sweeter style.
During the work shop we will learn about the different styles and sample a few interesting expressions of Sauvignon Blanc.
In this workshop you will be
• discussing the grape variety in depth
• regarding different grape regions
• tasting some examples!
