In this workshop the interior crew will learn how to maintain grace, professionalism and calm while facing pressure and difficult situations onboard. During this workshop we will see some practical examples where various challenging situations are presented and learn how to react and face these situations. The audience will have a chance to participate during the workshop, express their opinions, doubts or their own challenges at any time during the workshop – in order for everyone to get the most out of this workshop.
