The brainchild of experienced spa manager and stewardess Kat, MY Retreat SYS provides consultancy on everything related to the Spa experience. The challenges facing Spa managers and practitioners are complex. Building upon the success of last year’s events at ACREW Monaco, Kat will host this talk covering the key areas to improve practice onboard immediately including storage, products, inventory, equipment and more.
