This workshop will provide an introduction to the fascinating history of cigars and the ways in which different leaves are cultivated and used to create the perfect cigar. The workshop will also offer a practical component where students learn to cut and light a cigar correctly as well as tips on purchase and storage. As a leading hospitality trainer, Erik will share his wealth of knowledge to help crew better select the best cigar depending on time of day, experience level of the guest, time available and so forth.
