AV-IT systems are more and more complex, while they are increasingly in* the focus of Owners and Guests who have high expectations compared with what they experience ashore. Attendees will get a clear view on how and why those onboard systems are constrained by connectivity issues and will feel more confident when supporting users. Get a global view of all components behind frequently experienced issues with “Internet”, “WIFI”, “Remote Control”, “Home Automation” and Owner or Guests mobile devices usage onboard. Learn how-to troubleshoot, including listening to users’ complaints, basic sub-systems check, efficient dialog with ETO or the engineer in charge of the systems and being able to come back to users with a positive and supportive attitude. The workshop will finish with best practices before the season or a charter as well as a look to the future of AV-IT onboard.
