This award is for a crew member who has broadened and enhanced their skill set to support the vocational growth as a superyacht crew member. Someone who has developed expertise, knowledge and understanding to enable them to excel in their work. Perhaps they have shadowed a colleague onboard to acquire new skills or they have undertaken additional courses to expand their knowledge. The award will be presented to someone who contributes to the safety and/or guest experience onboard thanks to their drive to keep learning and developing themselves.
